Amber Butler is a National Certified Counselor (National Board of Certified Counselors). She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Community Counseling (Emphasis in Marriage and Family Counseling) from the University of Northern Colorado. In addition to her formal training, Amber maintains continuing education credits each year by participating in professional seminars and conferences. Amber's graduate work, counseling experience, as well as her supervised training provide the foundation for a meaningful counseling experience. Amber is dedicated to facilitating growth and change through a collaborative counseling process. Amber offers compassion, complete confidentiality, and flexible hours at a reasonable price.

Amber's special interest include working with individual concerns for adults and children, working with adolescent victims of sexual abuse, and working with adolescents in the Juvenile Sex Offender Program (JSOP), which includes sex/addiction treatment.
